Abstract

The objective of the research was to identify the effect of competitive exercises in the development of some forms of muscle strength and to learn the skill of striking volleyball for students with outstanding performance. The researcher followed the experimental approach by designing the two tribal test groups with a sample of (20) In the overwhelming beating of (38) students, were revealed by the measure of the outstanding performance of the skill of beating overwhelming, consisting of (23) paragraph, as well as the adoption of tests for some forms of muscle strength and accuracy of the performance of overwhelming volleyball,The tests were carried out in the closed gymnasium in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon. The vocabulary of the competitive exercises was applied to the experimental group. The duration of the main experiment (4) weeks and the number of units per week (2)Two units and the duration of each module was 90 minutes,  After the end of the period of application, the tests were carried out after the experimental control groups, and after the extraction of the results and processing by appropriate statistical means were reached conclusions, and competitive exercises have played a role and good in the development of muscle strength and its multiple forms of beating the volleyball students, Competitiveness has a clear impact on the learning of overwhelming volleyball in the experimental group with outstanding volleyball performance, In light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on the introduction of competitive exercises for students with outstanding performance and give it importance during the units of the skills of volleyball skills, as well as the need to adopt competitive exercises in the development of muscle strength in its various forms and related to learning the skill of beating the ball The Plane.
