Abstract

Through their work in national boxing leagues, the researchers observed some flaws in organizing and administrating training session time in young and youth national league. They noticed a lot of wasted time that is not invested in training program application. In order to identify the variables of the research, the researchers designed data registration form that include many variables including delay, bandage wearing, gloves, water drinking, the starting time after the coach’s whistle, training timings, and shifting between exercises. After applying some administrative procedures, the results showed differences in time investment in favor of the training process between pre and posttests
