The leadership ability of the heads of departments of student activities and their relation to the organizational loyalty of employees in the universities of the central and southern regions

Leadership as the jewel of the administrative process and stems from the importance of being a role in the administrative organizations and its impact on all aspects of the administrative process to make them more effective in achieving its objectives and that the effectiveness of the sections of sports activities in universities is due mainly to the leadership capacity exercised by the head of the department in interaction with others and them The current research problem is the answer to the following question: Is the leadership ability of the heads of student activities related to the organizational loyalty of workers in the universities of the central and southern regions? Sam study activities of employees in the universities of the central and southern region and to identify the level of organizational loyalty among staff in the universities of the central and southern regions. The researchers relied on the descriptive approach, the survey method and the correlative relations to suit the nature of the research problem. The research community was identified as 130 workers. The sampling sample was 6 persons. The sample of the construction of the two measurements was 100 persons, while the sample of the application was 90 persons. The heads of the student activities departments have the ability to lead from the point of view of the employees through their ability in the Impact, direction and leadership.
