القيادة بصفتها جوهرة العملية الادارية وتنبع أهميتها من كونها تؤدي دوراً في المنظمات الادارية ومالهُ من تأثير على جميع جوانب العملية الادارية لتجعلها اكثر فاعلية في تحقيق أهدافها وأن فاعلية اقسام الانشطة الرياضة في الجامعات يعود بالدرجة الاساس الى القدرة القيادية التي يمارسها رئيس القسم في تفاعلهُ مع الاخرين ومنهم العاملين وتبرز مشكلة البحث الحالي في الاجابة على التساؤل الاتي هل للقدرة القيادية لرؤساء اقسام الانشطة الطلابية علاقة بالولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين في جامعات المنطقة الوسطى والجنوبية التعرف على مستوى القدرة القيادية لرؤساء أقسام الانشطة الطلابية لدى العاملين في جامعات المنطقة الوسطى والجنوبية والتعرف على مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين في جامعات المنطقة الوسطى والجنوبي أعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي بلأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته لطبيعة مشكلة البحث تم تحديد مجتمع البحث ب( 130من العاملين ) .وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية حيث بلغت العينة الاستطلاعية (6 اشخاص ) اما عينة بناء المقياسين فقد بلغت ( 100 شخصا اما عينة التطبيق فقد بلغت ( 90 شخصا).رؤساء اقسام الانشطة الطلابية يتمتعون بقدرة قيادية من وجهة نظر العاملين من خلال تمتعهم بالقدرة في التأثير والتوجيه والقيادة
