Effect of exercises using Vertimax for some leg strength and level of skill of badminton players

The aim of the study was to identify the effect of exercises for some legs using Vertimax for beginners in the badminton game. The sample consisted of 8 players and was divided into two equal groups (experimental and control). The duration of the program was 12 weeks. The Vertimax device has an active role in the development of explosive power and the power of speed and strength of the legs of the beginners' badminton players and achieved actual results in the performance of the program and the statistical results to prove it
