The effect of dietary supplement (CP) on the effectiveness of the enzyme (CPK) and the development of speed strength and some defensive skills of handball players
Keywords:
CP, CPK, Speed-StrengthAbstract
The strength of speed is one of the most important requirements of handball players to perform the basic defensive skills of the most important defensive movements and the wall of the cover and coverage of the offensive handball, which requires the players maximum speed in the performance of this attribute for the integration of the performance of defense skills, Trainers develop the characteristic strength of speed in their players using training methods as well as dietary supplements to develop their achievements. Dietary supplementation creatine phosphate contributes to the rapid reconstruction of ATP in the muscle cell as well as increased activity of the enzymes Ululation for interaction, including the enzyme CPK, which is one of the most important enzymes responsible for the rebuilding of ATP by supplementing food creatine phosphate. The aim of the research was to identify the effect of dietary supplement (CP) on the effectiveness of the enzyme (CPK) and the development of the strength characteristic of the speed and some defensive skills of handball players.
The researchers identified the society of research in a comprehensive inventory of the society and they are players of Gammas club for applicants, as they were divided in a simple random way into two groups with (6) players for each group. The first group is given supplementary dietary creatine phosphate in addition to the training curriculum prepared by the team coach. The vocabulary of the training curriculum prepared by the team coach was applied. Tribal tests were carried out, the food program was implemented, the remote tests were conducted for the research sample, and the results were obtained by statistical means.
The researchers concluded that creatine phosphate diet had a positive effect on the development of speed strength and defense skills of handball in terms of concentration of CPK enzyme for handball players. The first experimental group was better than the second control group.
