Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the dual thinking of female students and non-practices for sports activities

The researcher also used the descriptive approach, which is related to the relevance of the research problem, to identify the relation between the double thinking and the emotional balance.

The research society consisted of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. The number of female students was 45 students. The university students were selected from the departments and faculties of the Mustansiriya University with a total of 65 students. Thus, the study sample became (110) students randomly selected

After the study of the researcher on a number of measures, the measurement of double thinking was chosen among the university students and the Amiri scale (2013) was adopted. The scale includes 34 paragraphs and 4 areas. The researcher defined the four domains of the scale: - (the field of brainstorming - the field of intellectual flexibility - the field of psychological flexibility - the field of behavior control). The criteria were (5) alternatives (always - often - rarely - never) 170) degree or the lowest value of the scale has reached (34) degrees and the average satisfactory to the scale (102) degree and researchers Using the emotional equilibrium scale of (Jumaili, 2005), which was prepared by the adoption of Eric Eriksson theory, the scale of the following areas: (the first area - the sense of confidence - compatibility with others - the psychological stability and stability) The scale contains (34) (5) Alternatives which are (apply to very large - apply to me to a large extent - apply to me to a medium degree - apply to me to a degree - does not apply at all) and the highest value of the scale (240) degree or the lowest value of the scale was (48) The average mean of the scale (144) degrees.

For the purpose of identifying the clarity of the instructions of the scale and the clarity of paragraphs, the researchers worked on a sample of (20) students and through this experiment were able to verify the validity of the standards and their clarity and relevance to the sample of the research.

The scientific basis for the measurements was extracted and for statistical data processing, the statistical bag (SPSS) was used. After the presentation of the results and the discussion, the following conclusions were reached:

1 - It emerged that the sample of the research students of practice and non-practices for sports activities characterized by high double thinking, despite the slight superiority of female students practices for sports activities.

2 - The study sample of female students and non - practices for sports activities characterized by high emotional balance, despite the slight superiority of students who do not practice sports activities.

3 - A correlation between the measure of double thinking and emotional balance in the sample of the study of the students of the practice and non-practices for sports activities.
