The study aimed at preparing and standardizing the measure of the habits of the productive mind designed by Salah Sharif and Ismail Al-Waili that he designed. The study was conducted on the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basrah, the 102 students distributed between a sample for the preparation of the scale and a sample for its application. To the final version of the scale consists of 30 paragraphs divided into three dimensions is creative thinking and critical thinking and self-organization. The measure was applied in the final version of 30 students of the College, which proved its ability to measure the habits of mind produced by the students of the College mentioned
