Sports training in itself is a means and not an end. It is the basic part and the special process based on the use of exercise in order to give the player the opportunity to perform his duties with the highest level of efficiency through developing his abilities and abilities and using them to obtain the greatest benefit for himself and thus his team. This requires the choice of multiple methods and different means of training and focusing on specific physical and technical aspects.
Therefore, the different training plans take into account the factor of individual differences between the players and each other, and the problem of research through the researcher's practice of the game as a player in the national teams and is currently a member of the Central Iraqi Judo Union and a member of the Arab Union and Asian judo drew attention to the lack of interest of all coaches to bear the game Therefore, the study of this problem and the attempt to address it by developing a proposed training curriculum using blue rubber ropes and its impact on the special endurance and the performance of the Ojjat in the judo wrestlers were considered.The problem of the researcher can be formulated by answering the following questionDo exercises with yellow-colored rubber ropes lead to the development of special endurance for judo players? The aim of the research is to prepare exercises using yellow rubber ropes in the development of special endurance and the skill of nonsense CouchiThe research method: - The experimental method was used to suit the nature of this research, the sample of the research was represented by the players of the police club sports 8The researcher concluded that rubber training has a positive effect in raising the level of the technical performance of the skill of the karaoke.
