Abstract

The skill of the front-end strike is one of the most important skills in the game. It is one of the offensive skills that has the effect of changing the course of the game and is considered a decisive blow if the player wants to end the exchange by playing. The problem of research is that the badminton players in local and league tournaments avoid hitting. When the opportunity arises, where this imbalance comes through the weakness of physical abilities that have an impact on the performance of that skill, which makes it awkward to perform the attack and resolve the point, and was adopted exercises maximum physical effort using the rhythm of the music And the aim of the research to the number of exercises physical effort maximum by using the rhythm of music in the development of some physical physical abilities and accuracy of the crushing skill of the front of the players of badminton for young people and to recognize the impact of exercises physical effort maximum using the rhythm in the development of some physical abilities and accuracy The skill of striking the front of the badminton players of the youth.

The researcher adopted the experimental approach in the equivalent groups and determined the research society with the young people and with (12) hostility, and was prepared and adapted to the physical exercise in terms of the level of performance. The training was applied to the two experimental groups for eight weeks and three training units per week. The researcher used the following statistical methods (mean, median, standard deviation, Levin, T test for the interrelated and non-interrelated sample)

The researcher reached the most important conclusions.

- Exercise exercises the maximum physical use of the rhythm of music has had a positive impact in the development of some physical abilities and accuracy of the skill of the overwhelming blow forward to the players of badminton for young people.
