The effect of force training in the development of mechanical strength of the arm and the accuracy of the arc and arrow game for the players of the National youth team
Keywords:
Mechanical Power, Shooting AccuracyAbstract
The game of bow and arrow is one of the games that is difficult to practice where the weight of the device from the stages of withdrawal and even a start represents the player body and especially the arms, hence the importance of research in the study of the physical exertion of the arms the tendon at the clouds represents the weight of arms bow and fist as well as tendon tendon The researcher highlighted the development of the mechanical capacity of the two-arm, the researcher used the experimental curriculum being suited to the problem of research. The tests were conducted on the National youth team and represent the whole community (100%) On the 3/9/2018 day and then the Teleexam. The researcher used the statistical pouch to process the test results and found differences in favour of the teleassays, and researcher concluded that the mechanical exercises of the arms were important in the development of the accuracy of the shot, since the strength of the arm leads to the persistence of throwing and recommended the need for attention of this kind of Exercises and placement in the training curriculum
