The Effect of Motor – video Learning Model of Some Kinematical Variables Weightlifters Aged 12 – 14 years old
Keywords:
Associative LearningAbstract
The aims of the stupdy :
- Designing models Motor – video for snatch artistic performance.
- Identifying the kinematical variables of snatch artistic performance in beginner weightlifters aged 12 – 14 years old.
- Identifying the effect of these models Motor – video on of some kinematical variables in beginner weightlifters aged 12 – 14 years old.
Hypothesis of the study :
- Learning using artistic performance models Motor – video has a great effect on performing some kinematical variables and achievement of snatch in beginner weightlifters aged 12 – 14 years old.
- There are significant statistical differences between pre and posttests in artistic performance, kinematical variables and achievement in beginner weightlifters aged 12 – 14 years old.
Procedures :
The subjects were (5) beginner weightlifters divided into two groups Motor – video. Each group consisted of five weightlifters. Pretests were conducted on the subjects to identity the level of artistic performance, the kinematical variables and achievement. The researcher prepared two models of learning visual The model were applied on the subjects within a 18 learning session with four session per week for four weeks and a half followed by the posttest for retention of learning test. The data was collected and treated using SPSS.
Conclusions :
- The model Motor – video improved beginner weightlifters' artistic performance and achievement.
Recommendations :
- The necessity of designing different teaching and training styles for improving beginner weightlifters' performance.
Including Motor – video model within training and teaching session to improve beginner weightlifter's artistic performance and achievement
