The human societies concerned the Scout Movement as a tool for nurturing and building generations in a way that reflected positively on the development of society, civilizational, social, scientific and cultural, making it consistent with the scientific and technological progress which has expanded and spread in a growing way in life. Was the substance of the problem of research as missing many of our young men and women to the leadership personality or to the leadership method if the researchers wanted to know whether the curriculum that the ministry put an impact on the construction of personality and leadership behavior of our youth and young women for the stages of Scouts and Advanced Guide,
- Building the Scout Leadership Standard. Building the measure of leadership behavior Scout 3. Knowledge of the influence of the curriculum of the non-Allmarkzip for scout activities in the development of behavior and personality leadership of the central teams of the stages of Scouts and Advanced Guide in the Directorate General of Education Baghdad / Rusafa 2.
- There were statistically significant differences in the influence of the central and decentralized curriculum in the development of the leadership behavior of the two stages. There are differences of statistical significance in the influence of the central and decentralized curriculum in the development of the leadership personality of the two stages. There are statistically significant differences between males and females in the effect of the curriculum And for the benefit of males.
The research methodology and field procedures included the use of the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the problem as it is the best ways and means to reach the correct results for the research and collect the required information and data.
The two researchers selected the two scouts for the stage of the advanced scout and 24 advanced scouts for each team (boys). Thus, the total for male sample becomes 48 scouts and also two scouts for the advanced guidance stage (girls) and by 48 guides, the total number of the sample becomes 96 scouts and advanced guide. The second dimension and after the data dump were processed statistically to show the effect of the curriculum.
The researcher concluded that the central curriculum has an influence on personality and leadership behavior. The recommendations were necessary to conduct research and conferences to develop and develop curricula and scouting activities for different stages
