Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the effect of special high strength training and its effectiveness on the normal exercises in improving and developing the biochemical abilities of the explosive ability of the two men and the arms and the speed of speed, compatibility and agility that affect the advanced handball players. Selecting and conducting the necessary tests to collect data and analyze them statistically, using a scientific methodology to find effective solutions to such a problem.

        The study was conducted on the players of Al-Qassim club in the handball of the advanced players and with (20) players randomly divided into two groups, one of which applied special exercises with high strength, and the other used with regular exercises, that is for each group (10) players, Before the experiment, and the implementation of the training methodology methodology, which lasted (6) weeks (3) units per week and using the method of training (repetitive and high frequency). After completion of the method and measurement after the experiment and the treatment of the results reached several conclusions, including: The results of the special high-intensity exercises proved effective in influencing and developing all the biochemical capabilities investigated by advanced handball players
