Abstract

The importance of this research shows that the learner is the core and the axes in the learning process; s/he has wishes and intentions as well as individual differences. S/he is not an empty vessel where the teacher pours whatever s/he wants him to learn. His learning must be in harmony with these features in order to achieve the educational goals. The research is based on the problem that person responsible for the process of instruction and learning sees the group of learners as the instructional unit and doesn’t look at the individual learner as he is the person who carries specific features, abilities and bodily and skillful potentials. The research aims at finding out the impact of individualized instruction system on the development of the agility and coordination among Students. The research sample is fourth preparatory class students at the age of 16. In chapter three, the researchers specified the study sample and the followed procedure which is an experimental one, for it is the most suitable. The actual sample is 21 students which makes 19%. They were distributed into three groups of 7 students. Chapter four displays and discusses the results of the tests of agility and coordination as well as the level of development. In chapter five, the researchers concluded that there is a very positive impact of the individualized instruction system in the educational process and the programs based on the observance of individual differences.
