The importance of the study is to determine the effect of lactic tolerance training on the special endurance tolerance anad the concentration of lactic acid and the achievement of running 5000 meters in order to achieve the best possible level of achievement. The study aimed at the effect of lactic tolerance training in endurance (5000m), the researchers used the experimental method (one-group on the youth runners of Diwaniyah clubs in the long-distance running in the 5000-meter run and the reconstruction of the 18- 19) years and the number of (8) racer for the season (2017 - 2018) after homogeneity of the study variables, after the researchers prepared a program to develop special endurance in the effectiveness of running (5000) meters in the preparation stage based on their own experience and field experience, The researchers concluded that lactic tolerance training evolved into special tolerance (speed tolerance and force tolerance) through the moral differences between the tribal and posttraumatic tests. Lactate-bearing exercises also carried the concentration of lactic acid in the blood, Need to prepare from Approaches to training according to the physiological bases of the young, as well as knowledge of the experimental effect in running middle and long distance, and conduct physical tests and physiological indicators to adapt to functional devices and evaluate the training status .
