Research Summary :

The research aims to:

- Preparation of exercises similar to performance

- Identify the effectiveness of exercises similar to the performance in learning some basic skills on the basic movements of the gymnastics

- Identify the effectiveness of exercises similar to performance to improve the psychological flow.

The researchers used the two experimental experimental methods to suit the nature of the research problem to be solved and the research objectives. The sample included (20) students from the second stage (in the Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Algeria 3).

In light of the results, the researchers concluded the following:

- The preparation of exercises similar to the performance to learn some basic skills on the basic movements of the gymnastics have a significant impact on the performance level.

- Exercises similar to performance have an impact on the improvement of psychological flow of students.
