Abstract

The importance of the current research in the identification of statistical differences (differences in values) between the calculation of the stability of some short physical tests by means of re-testing and the half-split as the most stable methods used in the field of mathematical education research. The research problem was revealed by the researchers by observing the lack of commitment of researchers in a specific way to calculate stability in all research, which led to a difference in the results of the calculation of consistency in the methods of applying the test and re-application and split half, so the researchers looked at this problem to identify the statistical differences between these two methods In the calculation of stability and then determine the most appropriate method and the right to calculate the stability of the tests studied in the research.

The current research aims to identify: - The degree of stability of a number of short physical tests (anaerobic) in the application of the test and its re-application. - The degree of stability of a number of short physical tests (anaerobic) in half-way. - Statistical differences between the degree of stability by retesting and semi-retail methods for a number of short physical tests. The researchers assume the following: - There are statistically significant differences between the degree of stability in the retesting and semi-retail methods for a number of short physical tests.

researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method and the method of comparisons for their suitability and the nature of the current research.

The sample included middle school students in the city of Mosul, aged 13-14 years (the first grade average) of 50 students from the Hussein Darwish Secondary School for Boys in Aden district. They were randomly chosen to complete the research and special tests. And obtain results.

The researchers concluded the following: - The existence of good stability coefficients for the five tests in the application of the test and re-applied. - The existence of intermediate stability coefficients for the five tests in the half-way. - The method of application of the test and its re-application to the method of half-division in the calculation of the stability of the short physical anaerobic tests of the sample of the research.
