الملخص
ﯾﻌﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ اﺣﺪ اﻟﻌﻮاﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﮭﻤﮫ واﻟﺆﺛﺮه ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻻداء اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﻤﻌﻈﻢ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﯿﻦ وﻋﻠﯿﮫ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻗﺎم ﻋﻠﻤﺎء اﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﺑﺪراﺳﮫ اﻟﻜﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت واﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼت اﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﻄﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ واﺟﺮاء اﻟﻜﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرب واﻟﺒﺤﻮث ﻟﻠﻜﺸﻒ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻠﻮل ﻟﺘﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼت وﯾﺮﺗﺒﻂ اﻻﻧﺘﺒﺎه ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﻤﻨﺎﺳﺘﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﮭﺎرات وﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻻﺟﮭﺰه وﺧﺎﺻﮫ ﺟﮭﺎز ﻋﺎرﺿﮫ اﻟﺘﻮازن ﻟﻢ ﻟﻤﺎﻟﮫ ﻣﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﮫ وذاﻟﻚ اﻻرﺗﻔﺎﻋﮫ ﻋﻦ اﻻرض وﺿﯿﻖ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺘﮫ ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﮫ او اﻟﻼﻋﺒﮫ اﻟﻜﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ واﻻﻧﺘﺒﺎه ﻋﻨﺪ اداء اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺎت ﻋﻠﯿﮫ واﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﮫ اﻻﻣﺎﻣﯿﮫ واﻟﺘﻲ ھﻲ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﮫ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ اﺣﺪى اﻟﻤﮭﺎرات اﻻﺳﺎﺳﯿﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﺎرﺿﮫ وﯾﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻧﺠﺎﺣﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪه ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اھﻤﮭﺎ ﺻﺤﮫ ودﻗﮫ اﻻداء اﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﺤﺮﻛﮫ وﺣﺎﻟﮫ اﻟﺘﮭﯿﺆ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺴﺒﻖ اﻻداء واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺒﺎ ﻓﯿﮭﺎ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﮫ ﻛﻞ ﻗﻮاھﺎ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﯿﮫ واﻟﺒﺪﻧﯿﮫ ﻻﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻻداء اﻟﺤﺮﻛﻲ وﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﮫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﮭﯿﺆ ﯾﺘﻢ ﺗﺮﻛﯿﺰ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﮫ ﻋﻠﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺳﺘﺆدي ﻣﻦ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﺤﯿﺚ ﺗﻮﺟﮫ اﻟﺠﺴﻢ اﻟﻰ اﻻﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺢ ﻟﻜﻲ ﺗﺤﺎول ﺗﻼﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﻘﻮط واﻻﺧﻄﺎء اﻟﻔﻨﯿﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺮﻛﮫ ﻣﻦ ھﻨﺎ ﺗﺄﺗﻲ اھﻤﯿﮫ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻌﺮوف ﻣﺪى اﻟﻌﻼﻗﮫ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﯿﺰ اﻻﻧﺘﺒﺎه وﻣﺴﺘﻮى اداء ﻣﮭﺎره اﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﮫ اﻻﻣﺎﻣﯿﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﺎرﺿﮫ
