معوقات الإدارة الصفية التي تواجه مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية

تبرز اهمية الادارة الصفية من اهمية الطالب باعتباره محور العملية التربوية وغايتها ، فالإدارة الصفية الفعالة تؤدي الى تدريس فعال من اجل تحقيق الاهداف التربوية . لذلك ينبغي العمل على تذليل المعوقات والمشاكل التي تعترض عمل المدرس من خلال ادارته لصفه .، اما مشكلة البحث ارتأت الباحثتان الى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في إدارتهم الصفية في المدارس هذه المشكلة وحلها للاستفادة من فرص التعلم المتاحة. , اما منهج البحث استعملت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبي المسحي , حددت الباحثتان مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مدرسي التربية الرياضية للمدارس الثانوية في المديريات العامة لتربية محافظة بغداد . البالغ عدده (2107 ), إما عينة البحث فقد مثلت نسبة (%18)من مجتمع البحث , بحيث كانت اهم الاستنتاجات أن مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بغداد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة , اما كانت اهم التوصيات العمل على تقليل عدد الطلبة داخل الصف الدراسي و ضرورة أن تقوم و مديريات التربية بتدريب مدرسي المدارس على كيفية تحفيز الطلبة وإثارة اهتمامهم للتعليم وخلق اتجاه ايجابي نحو المدرسة
