This study aims at knowing the effect of continuous training in muscle and general circulation and the achievement of the 800 meter. The study was carried on 6 of the selected Anbar province's team. The tribal measurements were done for the research sample after the component and physical characteristics under study were selected by the researcher according to the correct scientific methods followed. The training curriculum was prepared for 8 weeks with 3 training units per week Continuous training: 50-70% of the maximum sample capacity. Post-tests were carried out in the same way as in the same tribal tests. The data and results were collected and processed statistically, presented in a schedule and analyzed. its results and then discussion in a scientific way based on sciences resources. The researcher concluded that Continuous training has led to a high level of muscle myoglobin and the development of circulation and achievement in the research sample. The researcher recommended the adoption of this approach to raise the level of achievement of runners 800 meter and to adopt the biochemist variable and body ability as style in circle asses the training and physiology condition of the Athlete to reach him for high level.
