Abstract

The Long Jump Characterized by a number It is a difficult and complex technical stages that require to take into account the mechanical conditions and mastery of the motor paths, and this requires the search for assistive devices related to the technical performance to be able to effect the integration of these mechanical conditions of the stages of this event and methods of measurement to improve. Performance level jumpers This event, the importance of research lies in Set a long jump target distance to be based on its determinants of training with Means of assistance as resistors at Lengthening the muscles At Working with the preparatory conditions and indicating their events to increase the force's payment and its loss in terms of the angle of flight. Change the linear momentum and strengthen the link between the last step and the improvement of the level of proficiency and smooth performance of these stages according to the mechanics of performance, and researchers hope to clarify the role of these exercises According to the target distance parameters in the development of some biomechanical variables associated with achieving this distance .Instantaneous payment efficiency ,take off  variables To improve delivery Long jump For this category. The research was applied to Sample of youth Under 18 years of age Of Heroes Long jump The researcher used, experimental Curriculum ,video imaging and kinetic analysis to measure mechanical variables Under consideration The exercises for the muscular lengthening of the preparatory conditions were applied using rubber cords as resistances to these conditions related to the stages of approaching and upgrading Long jump  It included 32 units, with 4 training modules per week. The evolution of the search sample appeared in the variables of approaching velocity and speed of departure and the angle of flight and the efficiency of instantaneous payment in terms of the angle of flight and change momentum and produced from a development in angular body parts The moment of payment as a result of special exercises as well as the evolution of achievement achieved
