The research was applied to Sample of youth Under 18 years of age Of Heroes Long jump The researcher used, experimental Curriculum ,video imaging and kinetic analysis to measure mechanical variables Under consideration The exercises for the muscular lengthening of the preparatory conditions were applied using rubber cords as resistances to these conditions related to the stages of approaching and upgrading Long jump It included 32 units, with 4 training modules per week. The evolution of the search sample appeared in the variables of approaching velocity and speed of departure and the angle of flight and the efficiency of instantaneous payment in terms of the angle of flight and change momentum and produced from a development in angular body parts The moment of payment as a result of special exercises as well as the evolution of achievement achieved
