Effect of physical exercise in the development of th explosive capacity of the arms and the performance of the forward skill of female students in volleyball

Introduction. The volleyball game includes the basic defensive skills and offensive skills that lead the team to win if the team performed well and fast. The transmission of offensive and critical skills, through which you can get a point directly, and this skill in learning locomotives of the skills of movement, which has a beginning and a clear end. There are many types of transmissions used by volleyball players, and as a result of the development of physical and skill performance in this game, experts and trainers have sought to find ways and methods of teaching and training to develop this skill, which is characterized by high difficulty, so the importance of research in developing the explosive capability of the arms and forward . Therefore, a high level of skillful performance should be pursued. The research was designed to determine the effect of physical exercise in the development of the explosive power of the arms and the performance of the forward volleyball skill of the students. The research hypothesized that there is a positive effect in developing the explosive capability of the arms and the performance of the frontal volleyball skill of the students. And the fourth) at the University of Babylon / Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the academic year 2016-2017, and a number of (12) students. It underwent (5) performances and the sample number (60) attempted. The researcher used tools to develop the explosive capabilities of the arms, and with special skills (front transmission). The most important recommendations are: The need to pay attention to the development of explosive capacity because of its essential role in improving the physical and skill level of students of the Faculty of Physical Education
