Abstract

The handball game is one of the games with high physical, skill and mechanical requirements, which must be integrated with each other in order for the skill level to appear in a high way. Accuracy of shooting during the time of the match and in the kinetic and fluid transfers, especially after the middle of the second half of the match, due to the low level of physical fitness, including the ability (force endurance) of the players, in addition to the hierarchical method working to develop this variable, but no one has been identified A better form in achieving this development is through relative or absolute weighting, and therefore the research aimed to identify the effect of strength-endurance exercises in a hierarchical manner and with absolute and relative weighting on the movement index, fluidity and accuracy of shooting for young handball players, and to identify the preference of differences between the two (experimental) groups in The variables investigated, the researchers used the experimental method in the manner of two equal experimental groups with a pre and post measurement, and the research community was determined by The middle Euphrates handball players for the youth category aged (17-19), totaling (64) players, and the players of my clubs (Karbala and Al-Qasim) were selected as a sample for research and randomly in a lottery style, and their number was (24) players, and they were divided according to their clubs and equally into two groups Two experiments with (12) players for each group, and the researchers concluded that strength-endurance exercises in a hierarchical manner and relative weighting have better results than using the same exercises, but with absolute weighting in the development of motor transport, fluidity and accuracy of shooting for handball players in (25, 55) d of the match time
