Influence of the special exercises that accompanied with PNF style to develop the Explosive Power and Electrical Activity (EMG) of Muscles for Handball players
Keywords:
Explosive strength, Electrical activityAbstract
The importance of resorting to special exercises that accompanied with P.N.F system represented in utilizing the development of Explosive Power through the reflected actions resulted from lengthiness and occurrence of reflected acts that occurred by the muscle spindles and Colgi tedines particles that respond to the change occurs on the muscles lengthiness specially through the process of excitation and cessation inside the muscles group, and excite a relaxed muscle group to a tensioned muscle group to fulfill the needs of technical performance to the skills, and this will be more economically and successful in performance .All that can be provided by PNF.The study aims to prepare a special exercises accompanied with PNF style to develop the Explosive power and electrical activity (EMG) for Handball players.
The study area is the Handball team of Wasit University. The team is consisted of 14 players, and the sample was selected intentionally ,and they are ten basic players in the team line-up for all positions of playing. The researcher concludes that the exercises of P.N.F in CR have a great role to develop the Explosive Power and electrical activity for the main active muscles.
The researcher recommends to use the special exercises accompanied with P.N.F using CR for the main active muscles for handball players
