Abstract

The research aims to identify the successful leadership behavior of the professor of physical education and sports sciences as well as the motives for achievement during the course of physical education in non-specialized colleges. The researchers assume that there is a correlation between the positive behavior of leadership and the motivation of mathematical achievement and the existence of a relationship The behavior of the reward of leadership and the motivation of mathematical achievement, and the researchers chose the sample of the research in a deliberate way, which consisted of 270 students and 42 were excluded for not being committed to the maintenance and exercise activities so the total eye The researchers concluded that there is a correlation between the behavior of the democratic leadership and the motivation of achievement of the athlete with a correlation between the behavior of the reward of leadership and the motivation of achievement by statistical correlation and that the leadership behavior of democratic behavior and behavior Rewards all support and increase the motivation of achievement of students and increase the degree of motivation to achieve the higher degrees of leadership mentioned, and recommended the researchers to diversify the training methods and attention to psychological and social needs and linked to the tendencies and desires of students and provide an atmosphere prevail Loving, caring and democracy using the dialogue method through some questions and discussion, it is necessary to provide the necessary information and move from easy to difficult and develop the belonging, acceptance and mutual respect of students' home.
