The importance of the research lies in the fact that sports clubs depend to achieve their goals heavily on the coaches in charge of the training process as they are the focus of the training, technical and administrative process of the fencing game, and here came the importance of transformational leadership for coaches and defining it by providing remarkable efforts to provide creative capabilities and a suitable climate to empower coaches in sports clubs The practice of the game of fencing at all levels, by showing what they have and using it in the best way, which will positively affect the growth, development and advancement of the fencing game.
The research problem lies in trying to answer the question: (What is the relationship of transformational leadership with the creativity and empowerment of swordsman coaches in Iraq?). As for the objectives of the research, they were:
- Preparation of a measure of transformational leadership, creativity and empowerment of fencing coaches in some Iraqi provinces.
- Learn about the relationship between transformational leadership and creative abilities on the one hand, and transformative capabilities and empowerment on the other hand, of swordsmanship coaches in some Iraqi provinces.
As for the research methodology and its field procedures from the selection of the research community, preparing the three measures and submitting them to a group of experts and specialists, as well as treating the results of the research by means of the used statistical means. Likewise, the results were presented, analyzed and discussed in the three areas of the scales and the correlational relations between the research variables as well. As for the conclusion, it included the most important conclusions. Most of the coaches who own the game of dueling are that there are some developmental training tools and programs to improve their performance, which enhance their self-confidence and develop their creativity.
