Management of wisdom and its relationship to the effectiveness of strategic decisions among members of the boards of faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq
Abstract
The management of wisdom is concerned with the level of expertise, methods of transmission, use and ability to problems and their impact on behavior and human behavior in order to improve it in the form of successful decisions. The importance of management of wisdom in making successful decisions that ensure the survival and development of society through the provision of leaders capable of planning, organization and decision-making to achieve the goals and objectives required in a complex and changing environment. Where the administration faces positions and problems that require operational decisions to organize the activities of the institution in line with the strategic decisions already taken under the proper strategic planning. The existence of effective strategic decisions leads to the success of the institution and the quality of its work, by focusing on the long-term strategic options that affect "centrally" the life of the institution as a result of intellectual processes resulting from leaders with high scientific and experimental skills and creativity. It should be noted that the effective strategic decisions are aimed at the institution's activity for a long period of time, in which the direction of the institution is determined in a wide area that ensures the possibility of making detailed, partial and technical management decisions that guarantee the efficiency of the institution in the light of expected and unexpected changes.
The study aimed to identify the management of wisdom and the effectiveness of strategic decisions among members of the boards of faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq. And to identify the relationship between the management of wisdom and the effectiveness of strategic decisions among members of the boards of colleges of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq, And to identify the relationship between the management of wisdom and the effectiveness of strategic decisions among members of the boards of colleges of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq, , And does the management of wisdom relationship to the effectiveness of strategic decisions of members of the boards of faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq? The researcher took the descriptive research approach in the method of associative relations on a sample of members of faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq The number of (18) colleges apart from the universities of the Kurdistan Region distributed to (107) members representing the administrative leadership of the boards of these colleges, Continuing the actual career service for the academic year (2017/2018), All of them were selected in a deliberate manner to be the sample of the total study by (100%), After identifying the investigated phenomena and finding suitable measures for each of them, the researcher adjusted all of them and then applied them to the main sample and dealt with the results statistically in the statistical pouch system for social sciences (SPSS), (25), and concluded that the members of the boards of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences had the required level of management wisdom, They had the required level of effectiveness of strategic decisions, The researcher recommended that it is necessary to take care to involve faculty members in the decision-making department at the college, It is necessary to work to improve the performance of university leaders as required by modern sports management, , And it is necessary to pay attention to the continuous education of staff and not limited to faculty members in faculties of physical education and sports sciences, It is essential that the decisions of the college councils do not intersect with the job satisfaction of their employees.
