Special exercises using added weights and their effect in the development of special endurance and the performance of some offensive skills

This paper includes five sections as follows:
The first section discusses the development in the field of sports training through the use of added weights that contribute to the development of physical players. The importance of research lies in the use of these weights for the development of special endurance and the performance of some offensive offensive skills in the reel.
As for the research problem, the researcher mentioned that the physical preparation did not follow the role and the real size in the training process according to the conditions of competition for the basketball game as well as to address the objectives of the research are:.
Preparation of exercises to use weights added to develop the special endurance of basketball players under the age of 18 years.
- Recognize the effect of exercise especially on the use of weights added in the development of endurance of private members of the research sample.
- To identify the effect of alopecia in the performance of some of the offensive offensive skills in the basketball in the sample of the research.
- The hypothesis of the research was:
- There were significant differences in the development of the tolerance of the individuals in the research sample between the tribal and post-test and for the benefit of the test.
- There were significant statistical differences in the performance of some of the basketball offensive offensive skills among the members of the research sample between the pre-test and the post-test test.
As well as research areas.
As for the third section, the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of the players of the National Center for Sports Talent in Baghdad for the basketball (specialized school) and the sports season (2017-2018) for the ages of (18) years for the youth, the number of its members (8) One.
In the fourth section, the results were presented and discussed through the use of the statistical statistical bag (spss). The researcher reached an evolution in the special endurance and the performance of some offensive offensive skills.
The fifth section has been drawn from a set of conclusions and recommendations, including:
The results showed that physical training using added weights was effective in the development of endurance.
The results showed that physical development using added weights was reflected in the development of skill performance
Recommendations-:
- v The need for serious attention by the trainers to use the added weights in the training to develop the endurance by allocating sufficient time during the training module.
The researcher recommends using these training methods to develop other physical abilities
