Abstract

I've touched a researcher in the foreground that access to sport and the global achievements and win trophies achieved through technical and practical development in the field of sports that the rapid development that has occurred in the events of athletics and in particular the effectiveness ran 3,000 meters steeplechase in the world was the result of a combination of scientists and researchers efforts and with different specialties in all sports fields, including the field (Albayumkanak), which has seen the evolution theory and scientific associated with the movement of the body Ba use of modern technologies and thus inconsistent with the nature of the mechanical work of the effectiveness of finding the best ways and to be followed to serve the motor performance that digital achievement in a competition run (3000 m) Contraindications respect greatly the art of passing the barriers, including water inhibitor that gives a reason to delay the digital achievement in Iraq has objective to study

- Understand the relationship between some of the variables Elkinmetekih in three sessions.

- Identify some Elkinmetekih variables in three sessions differences.

- Identify the most important variables for hostile Elkinmetekih (3000 m) inhibitors, which affect the completion of the water inhibitor.

The researcher assumed that

- There are significant differences in some Elkinmetekih variables to pass the water inhibitor for some race courses.

- No significant correlation between some variables Elkinmetekih relationship to pass the water inhibitor to each other for the last race in some of the sessions. The research sample

Researcher has used a sample of (5) runners of the participants in the championship in 2015 if Iraq was filmed using the art of passing the inhibitor such as his command Vdioah then analyze the results of computer to study some of the variables that reached Albagesj- total distance.

The presentation and discussion of the results in Part IV and Part V ensure that the conclusions and recommendations researcher has concluded a set of results were as follows

- No significant correlation between some variables Elkinmetekih relationship to pass the water inhibitor to each other in some of the last race courses. The researcher recommended

- When the coaches training process must emphasize the aspects that serve the level of achievement in effectively ran the 3000 m steeplechase.

- Coaches use imaging Alfdaoa in field tests for runners in order to identify weaknesses through the film Alfdaoa analysis and the emphasis on variables related to the technical aspects that serve the achievement
