Abstract

The study aimed to prepare a physical program for some women with polycystic ovaries aged (20-25) years, as well as to identify the effect of this physical program on some physiological variables under study and the extent of polycystic ovary infection in the research sample. The two researchers followed the experimental method by designing one group with two tests.  The pre- and post-test due to their suitability to the nature of the problem and the objectives of the study, while the research sample was represented by selecting 10 women aged 20-25 years who had PCOS and deliberately after reaching an agreement with them to implement their physical program for two months  the mean of the body mass index is 31.590, and a deviation of 2.623  .  Mass  mean was 82.666, with a deviation of 6.286, while the two researchers determined by studying the variables (the size of the ovaries, the number of follicles for each ovary, FSH, LH, and TEST).  Aerobic exercises and exercises that consume all the energy stored in the body to target fat burning and energy production, and after completing the application of the physical and nutritional program  And conducting the statistical treatment, the two researchers came out with the most important conclusions, the most important of which is that the physical program contributed to improving the work of the functional organs in the body by improving blood circulation, which led to improving the efficiency of work and regulating the release of the variables under study.  Treating it by reducing both the size of the ovaries and the number of follicles for each ovary, in addition to that, the prepared physical program, which in turn targeted the fat and drained it inside the body, contributed to improving the body and regulating some building hormones, which regularly would contribute to improving the level of female hormones and thus contribute to reducing the of polycystic ovaries
